Easter Brunch at No. 9 Park - Boston
I was very excited to have Easter brunch with my sister at No. 9 Park in Boston. On my periodic trips to Boston, I've had the chance to eat some great meals. No. 9 Park has been high on my list for awhile, and the prix fixe Easter brunch was a great opportunity to eat there.
After cocktails and easter bread, the first course was salmon crudo with cracker and creme fraiche and it was a tasty way to start the meal. Lots of great textures between the creamy creme fraiche and crunchy cracker.
The pasta course was farfalle with broccoli raab pesto.
The poached egg over pork with potatoes, turnips, and peas was really yummy and perfect for brunch.
Next up - lamb with mushrooms and squash, the squash puree was great.
And to finish, a moist carrot cake with fresh carrots shaved on the top.
