Dinesty Dumpling House - Vancouver, BC

Dinesty Dumpling House is a great place for lunch.  There are several locations around Vancouver and Richmond.  We arrived at lunch time on a Friday and the restaurant was full, but fortunately we didn't have to wait. 

I've recently discovered soup dumplings and I think they're really fun and fabulous.  The combination of broth and pork filling really hits the spot.  And these Xiao Long Bao were really fabulous, I think the thing that made them so fabulous, was how well the broth and pork filling went together, neither overpowered the other.

And we had to order something else, although I could probably have made my entire meal on only dumplings, so we had some noodles with pork, which were pretty yummy - thick and chewy.

And finally for something different, we tried the chicken with black bean sauce.  Also pretty good, but the dumplings were definitely my favorite.
