Absolute Bagels - NYC

Before heading to NYC, I was researching (as I like to do) the best bagels in Manhattan and I was excited to see that Absolute Bagels, one of the bagel shops that was mentioned on some of the Best Bagel lists, was not too far from Harlem and where we were staying.  So the first morning, we headed there.  It was a bit of a walk, but not too far, on Broadway between W. 107th and 108th. They had lots of bagels and it looked like it stayed pretty busy, but they kept the line moving, .  If I am remembering correctly, it was cash only.

I ordered a salt bagel, toasted, with cream cheese and there was a $.10 charge for toasting.  My parents both had egg sandwiches.  We sat and ate our breakfast in the small seating area and the bagels were great and everyone was satisfied.
