Manresa - Los Gatos, CA
I think the photos say it all on this one. Manresa caught my attention when chef David Kinch was featured on season 4 of the PBS series The Mind of a Chef. And so I hatched a plan for an early birthday dinner in Los Gatos, CA at the end of August and it was truly enjoyable. Everything tasted fabulous and was beautifully presented.
