Baker's Mark

I love a good sub sandwich.  I grew up with them in upstate NY and there's an important combination of bread that's not too chewy with flavorful and textural fillings that can be hard to find.  And then Baker's Mark opened.  I of course, had to give them a try.  They make and bake their own bread on site and have a good variety of options on their menu.

This the TBLT, one of the hot options, which was pretty tasty with the melted cheese and crispy lettuce.
